Chieftain's Wild About Grains, combines the wholesome goodness of ancient grains with wild rice. High in protein, this blend of quinoa, wild rice, millet, sorghum, and amaranth offers a rich, nutty flavor. Eat as porridge for breakfast or enjoy as a side, as a stuffing substitute, in soups, salads, poke bowls and more! Try it with one of our savory seasonings.

Recommended Preparation Instructions
- 2 pounds of rice
- 11 1/4 cups of water
- ¼ cup of cooking oil or butter
- 5 ounces of Chieftain Seasoning (optional)
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes; fluff with a fork before serving.
