Recommended Preparation Instructions
- 1 package of Rice River Farms Wild About Lentils Blend
- Seasoning Packet
- 5 to 5 1/2 cups of water

Combine blend and seasoning with water in large stockpot. Bring to a boil. Stir; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer until rice, lentils and peas are tender.
Yield: Approximately 5 cups of soup.

Wild About Lentils: Dry Roasted Wild Rice Pieces, Yellow and Green Split Peas, Black, Brown and Green Lentils, Millet, Carrot, Celery, Red Bell Pepper and Onion.
Smoky Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning: Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein (11.19%), Sugar, Chili Pepper, Tomato Powder, Chardex Hickory (maltodextrin, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), Onion and Garlic Powder, Autolyzed Yeast, Spice, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Garlic Minced, Parsley Flakes, Vegetable Broth (yeast extract, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural flavor, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, & Silicon Dioxide), Dextrose, and Spice Extractives including Turmeric & Celery, Corn Oil added as a blending aid.
