Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Add 1 # of Penne to 4 quarts of lightly salted, rapidly boiling water or stock.  Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender yet still al dente.

One pound dry yields approximately 12 cups cooked.
