Description:

Porcini and Truffle Polenta combines the savory flavor of mushrooms and truffles to make an easy to prepare a side dish or base for traditional Italian Ragu. Deliciously endowed with onions, garlic, and spices, this colorful polenta will help enhance any dish.

Ingredient Statement:

Cornmeal, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), dried mushrooms, salt, black truffle-infused salt
(salt, black truffle), spices, onion powder, black truffles, garlic powder. Contains milk.

 

Convenient and easy to prepare.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Bring 4 cups of water or stock to a boil. Slowly whisk in 1 cup of polenta; whisk while simmering until thick. To make polenta cakes, pour into a greased loaf pan and chill for at least 2 hours. Slice and prepared as desired.
