Description:

Porcini and Truffle Polenta combines the savory flavor of mushrooms and truffles to make an easy to prepare side dish or base for traditional Italian Ragu. Deliciously endowed with onions, garlic and spices, this colorful polenta will help enhance any dish.

Ingredient Statement:

Corn meal, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), dried mushrooms, salt, black truffle infused salt
(salt, black truffle), spices, onion powder, black truffles, garlic powder. Contains milk.

 

Convenient and easy to prepare.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Bring 4 cups of water or stock to a boil. Slowly whisk in 1 cup of polenta; whisk while simmering until thick. To make polenta cakes, pour into a greased loaf pan and chill for at least 2 hours. Slice and prepared as desired.
