BROCCOLI AND WILD RICE SALAD 

Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon toasted and ground cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted and ground coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive or sesame oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Prepare Dry Roasted Wild Rice and chicken or vegetarian seasoning per directions.  Cool the rice.  Add the chilled rice to all other ingredients, add dressing and toss until thoroughly blended.  Garnish and serve.
