Gluten Free

Gluten is the protein part of wheat, rye, barley, and other related grains. Many people cannot tolerate gluten.  This intolerance results in a variety of symptoms that can be addressed by an adjustment in diet.  Changing to a gluten free diet can be difficult since grains are used in the preparation of many foods.

We can help!  Chieftain® Wild Rice Company offers a variety of gluten free products that cater to the special dietary needs of our customers.  We offer alternative choices that can assist you in preparing healthy and nutritious meals.
