New Shipping Information

With the rising cost of shipping, Chieftain ~ Rice River Farms has made some modifications to the way we ship packages for the benefit of our customers and our company.

We are currently using both UPS and Spee-Dee delivery; by having two options, we can choose the one that is most economical and fits the timeline for order delivery for our customers.  

We are working on getting everything changed on the website, but in the meantime, please note that the price of shipping on an order may be less that what is quoted online. If so, we will adjust your invoice and charge you accordingly. 

Effective Immediately... 

In-House Products:

Chieftain offers Free Shipping on all In-House Products when you purchase 25-pounds or more. What's great is that you can mix and match products within the case, as long as it totals 25-pounds or more! (Chieftain's Wild Rice Seasonings are not included)

Specialty Products:

Chieftain offers Free Shipping on all Specialty Products (not labeled as In-House Products or Rice River Farms), when you purchase 15-pounds or more. You can mix and match products within the case as long as it totals 15-pounds or more!

Rice River Farms:

Free Shipping is offered on Rice River Farms Products when purchasing a case of 24 units. You can mix and match flavors within the case, except for those that are specially priced. Once you have ordered a case of Rice River Farms products, you can also add on any In-House Products and receive Free Shipping on that item as well!
