Recommended Preparation Instructions:

No preparation is necessary.  To form a thickener or Chia gel, mix water with the Chia seeds at a ratio of 9:1.  Wisk 1/3 cup Chia seeds into 3 cups lukewarm water.  Let rest for 5 minutes and whisk again.  Cover and refrigerate the gel for up to 2 weeks.
