  • 1½ pounds of Hamburger
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 2 peeled and cubed Zucchini
  • 1 cup of Chieftain®'s Premium Wild Rice, uncooked
  • 1 quart of Tomato Juice
  • Garlic, Roasted, Oregano, Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 pound of sliced Mushrooms, optional


Fry hamburger, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Top with cheese and dry onion rings and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
