SWEET COCONUT MACAROONS
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • 12 ounces of sweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1 egg white
  • Small pinch of salt 

Preheat oven to 325°F. 

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet so cookies with not stick.   

In metal or glass bowl, beat egg white and salt until soft peaks form. Set aside. In bowl combine condensed milk, vanilla and almond extract and coconut. After mixing, gently fold in beaten egg white until mixed thoroughly. Place by spoonful on baking sheet. Bake approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
