  • Southwest Mix Orzo with Herb Seasoning
  • tortillas
  • lettuce
  • lemon wedges
  • diced onions
  • diced tomatoes
  • sliced black olives
  • feta cheese
  • chicken, smoked turkey or ham (optional)


1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Prepare orzo with vegetarian seasoning, then rinse and cool. Toss orzo with dressing.  Layer orzo on lettuce in tortilla with feta cheese, diced onions, black olives, tomatoes and meat (optional).  Squeeze lemon on top and serve.
