  • 1 dozen medium shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails intact
  • 1/4 teaspoon Anaheim chile powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 green chile, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • Hawaiian red sea salt

Sprinkle red chili powder and turmeric over shrimp in bowl.  Toss well, coating shrimp.  Heat sunflower oil in skillet, add shrimp, mustard seeds, chopped green chile and crushed garlic and saute until shrimp become opaque.  Sprinkle with sea salt and cilantro.
