WHOLE GRAIN VEGGIE salad

Cook the amber blend with the chicken flavored seasoning according to package instructions. When done cooking, add the salad topper to the rice and let set for 10 minutes. Mix rice and salad topper together and cool.

In large bowl, mix cooled rice and all other ingredients together except for the strawberries and mint. Drizzle dressing or vinaigrette over salad and mix thoroughly. Garnish with sliced strawberries and mint leaves, then serve!
