wild rice and crab sandwich
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. dill
  • 2 Tbsp. Chieftain Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning
  • 8 oz. crab meat
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 14 oz. of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup of Chieftain's Premium Wild Rice
  • Cranberry Wild Rice Bread (we used Nuthouse Breads Cranberry Wild Rice Bread)

Mix all ingredients together. Toast or broil.
