Wild Rice with Orzo and Three-Color Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped yellow bell peppers
  • 1 cup Toasted Orzo, cooked
  • ¾ cup Chieftain Wild Rice, cooked
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

In a skillet, heat oil; add onions and peppers; cook, stirring, until softened, about 4 minutes.
Stir in toasted orzo, wild rice and salt. Cook until heat through.
