Recommended Preparation Instructions
Heat 4 cups stock to a simmer. Sauté 1 cup rice in 1 Tbs oil for 1 minute. Ladle in hot stock one cup at a time, stirring constantly on low heat until rice is cooked. Stir in 2 Tbs butter and season to taste.
