Shipping Policy

Before placing your order, please verify your billing and shipping information is correct. Incorrect information may delay processing of your order and may result in incorrect or increased shipping charges. We use UPS & Spee-Dee Delivery for all deliveries and must be provided a physical street address for all shipments. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.  If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted either on the day the order was placed or the next business day.

 

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us at Chieftain® Wild Rice Company. Our site requests personal information that is used to set up accounts and process orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this personally identifiable information to contact you. We take every precaution to protect our users' information. It is our policy not to share, rent or sell such data to anyone without your electronic consent. When ordering online, your information is collected and stored through the Wix.com platform. When purchasing products over the phone or in person at our headquarters, personal and credit card information is routed through Authorize.net. 

 

Promotional Communication
We will occasionally send you communications on new products, services, or promotions at Chieftain® Wild Rice Company and Rice River Farms®. Out of respect for your privacy, we present you with the option not to receive these types of communications.
