Eight Bean Blend

Rinse thoroughly and soak overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot, covered with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3 mins reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 60-90 min, until tender. Skim foam from top when boiling.

Cannellini, pinto, light red, great northern, black turtle, flageolet, French navy and small red beans.
