Five Grain Blend

Bring 2 ½  cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup blend, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.

Quinoa, Millet, Kaniwa, Amaranth and Teff.
