Chicken and black bean salad

Cook the amber blend with the garlic peppercorn seasoning according to package instructions. When done, add the salad topper and let set for 10 minutes. In a skillet, season the chicken with our garlic lime chile seasoning and saute the chicken until tender and done. Add to wild rice mixture. Cool the mixture to room temperature. 

When rice mixture is cool, add in the corn, onions and beans and mix thoroughly. Toss in the greens and top with sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese. Add dressing of choice and serve. 

This recipe is great for a salad shaker or grain bowl. Chicken and Black Bean Salad is slightly sweet with lots of texture and crunch.
