SPICY RICE AND VEGETABLES

Optional: salsa or vinaigrette of choice

Cook rice blend with garlic peppercorn seasoning and dried chipotle peppers.  Prepare Southwest orzo in stock of choice.  Cook beans then drain.  Rice, orzo and beans can be served hot or cold.  On a bed or ruffled lettuce, layer wild rice and orzo, top with black beans.  Layer the remaining ingredients, garnish and serve.
