ten bean and ham soup
  • 1# ham steaks
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 medium stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1# of baby carrots, cut in half at an angle
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetarian Seasoning
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed in irregular bit sized pieces
  • 6 cups of Ten Bean Blend, already cooked
  • Stock

Ham and Ten Bean Blend SoupChop ham and cook with onions in oil in Dutch oven until lightly browned. Add all other ingredients to the Dutch Oven and simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
