10 oz package Rice River Farms Kale & Grain Blend, prepared per package directions
5 cups rutabagas, cooked and mashed
½ cup butter
2 cups milk
¾ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Directions:
Mix above ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish.
3 eggs, beaten
parsley flakes
Beat eggs and pour over mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle the parsley on top. Place casserole dish in a larger pan with water that comes halfway up the outside of the casserole dish. Bake in water bath at 325° for approximately one hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
