Shredded Pork Wrap

Calico Creek

  • 10 oz package Rice River Farms Calico Creek Blend, prepared per package directions

  • 1 lb. shredded pork, cooked

  • 2 to 3 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 small bunch green onions, chopped

  • 15 oz guacamole sauce

  • 15 oz Pico de Gallo

  • flour or corn tortillas

Recipe Directions:

Prepare rice per package directions.


Layer cooked rice, and shredded pork on tortilla; add shredded cheese and green onions along with a tablespoon or two of Pico de Gallo. Roll up tortilla and top with guacamole sauce and Pico de Gallo.


Makes 4 to 6 servings
