  1. Cook the wild rice with the chicken seasoning. 
  2. Cook the red quinoa with the garlic peppercorn seasoning.
  3. Cook the farro. 
  4. Once all the grains have been cooked, mix together and cool. 

Optional.... greens of choice such as cole slaw, broccoli slaw or mixed spring greens as a bedding for the grain salad. 

Mix grains with all other ingredients and top with dressing or vinaigrette of your choice. Serve.
